Lucy Wanjiru came into the children’s Garden Home and School 10 years ago. Now she is almost finishing her high school education. She has numerous talents which she’s been practicing for a while now. she performs acrobats, sings in a choir, and also has plaiting skills.
She is a caring sister to her siblings who were rescued together from their poor neighborhood. She takes good care of the young and loves to play with them.
She is focusing first on finishing her education because this is her last year in secondary school. Then she will use her talents to help people in society and raise the living standards of her family. She plans to use her hairdressing skill to make her own money and save it to start her beauty Salon.
Lucy has been a good mentor to the other students here in Children’s Garden. She has given a lot of the small Children advice when they are going in the wrong direction. She hopes to continue being a good mentor to young children and
God to help her pass her National Examination.
