The construction of the classes for autistic kids and youths was initially proposed by the school`s director Mr. Moses Ndun’gu. The construction commenced in December 2022 when children and students had gone for a short holiday and it is still ongoing. The construction has however been put to a standstill for a short while due to the awaiting the funds from the sponsor of the project Mr. Alvin Yong from Singapore. Alvin Yong is also sending an architect to come and design the building further. Though the finishing of the building has not yet been done, it is visible that the classes have been separated. The classes have been separated because one is for autistic kids and the other one is for autistic youths. Special needs kids and youths are going to be taught how to bake types of cakes known as TATS. Not only that but they will also be taught how to do business with people and identify potential clients. The sole aim of the project was to do something that would later in life help Special needs individuals and also to show that disability is not inability. Thanks to Mr. Alvin Yong who is sponsoring the project, the director Sir Moses Ndung’u the one who came up with the idea, and Snaida the one in charge of the kids and youths, the autistic kids and youth can now do something they can be proud of.
