On the day of our school’s sports event, there was a lot of excitement and anticipation in the air. The day started with a yoga session followed by the much-awaited races. The first race was for the boys’ 400m, which was won by Juma, while Sharon emerged as the winner in the girls’ 400m race. Next up were the 800m races, where Bullet, a form four student, won the boys’ race, and Natasha won the girls’ race. The energy and enthusiasm of the winners and the cheering crowd were spreading, and the atmosphere was exciting. At noon, the football matches began, with the primary and Form 1 boys combining forces against Form 3. It was an intense match, and the fans were on the edge of their seats. Vinicius scored a free-kick just before the end of the first half, giving Form 3 the victory and a spot in the semi-finals. The matches continued, and Form 2 emerged victorious against Form 4. Form 2 then faced off against Form 3 in the final match, which went into penalty shootouts. In the end, Form 2 won the game with a score of 5-4. To wrap up the day, Form 2 played a friendly match against the teachers, which was won by the latter. The winners of each event were awarded, and everyone celebrated the successful conclusion of the sports day.
