Hello From England !Myself and the other ‘Chat Club’ Mentors were thrilled to be asked to choose the October CGH Blog writer , we were even more thrilled to be able to present the prize in person on our visit early in November .’Chat Club’ was set up by myself and friends two years ago to help improve English (spoken and written ) of CGH students. We meet in small groups online , once a week for an hour via Teams . We try to inspire the CGH Chat Club students to believe in themselves again .We chat about what we enjoy/what we don’t/ we learn new things about our cultures and set goals and ambitions and look at ways to achieve these. We’re pleased to say that all the students in ‘Chat Club’ have told us that the club has helped build their confidence and focus on achieving their dreams what ever they may be.We were impressed by all the October blogs and appreciated Reginas blog welcoming us to CGH, it was difficult to choose one winner as they were all winner stories . However , we chose Victoria’s blog because of her vision of her future , her ambitions and why and how she is going to achieve them, and we’re sure that with your hard work Victoria , you WILL build that hospital and you WILL help many.Well done all !!
