At the beginning of the year, the football training had shown signs and indication of coming to a halt completely in Children’s Garden Home and School, when it was abruptly brought to rise by Mr. Elijah Kabei who took part as the coach. He coached the players despite the fact that they had already send their hopes astray on the retrieval of their stability in football. This was as a result of prolonged stay-without training session. Most of them were reluctant and so never payed keen interest towards the training. This brought hardness in controlling them, but this could take place in other fields where coach Elijah was not involved, otherwise he is known as being one of the harshest staff in Children’s Garden Home and School, thus he forced change. Change took place the time that they saw the football training was serious. It was a retrieving session of the muscles of their bodies and making them aware of the new activity. This took them some few weeks in order for them to acquire the necessary stability they needed. Indeed, they worked diligently to attain their strength in football once again. This was something which made them ecstatic and gave life to their dying hopes. Apparently, their status is seemingly alright though not yet at the intended position. Instantaneously, without the knowledge of any training participant there occurred a change. A new coach substituted coach Elijah. There were players who lamented on not being satisfied with the changes since coping up with the new coach may be somehow, be effortless. Actually, this came from about all of them. It was uncertain that on top of their coach being changed without their conscience, also he became sabbatical for several days. Worries got out of them after Mr. Elijah their long-awaited coach, made his appearance after a day or three of their wonderment of where he would have been. However, this gave them morale to continue as he encouraged them to continue with the new coach as he will be there as well for their sake. The new coach brought other players from outside team. This gave Children’s Garden players a challenge which was intended to prepare them for the tougher tournaments awaiting them. Although they thought that it could be bad with the new coach at the beginning, this was not the case. As per now they are fully aware of him and according to their comment he is a good person. Eventually, they could have a friendly talk with him and share ideas concerning football. As this positive attitude towards coach has started having roots, expectation for the best performance from the Garden players is at maximum. The director of Children’s Garden Home and School; H.E Moses Ndung’u famously known as ‘Daddy Moses’, has promised to be right behind them to provide them with every need that they would inquire. This encounter has led to increment of the Children’s Garden players’ morale.
