Schools across the region reopened on August 27, 2024, marking the start of a new academic year for both primary and secondary students. However, our school is currently facing a significant challenge, particularly in the primary section.Previously, many of our grade twelve graduates, who had completed their education, were assisting in teaching. Their support was invaluable in managing classroom sizes and ensuring that students received quality instruction. Unfortunately, as these graduates have now advanced to colleges and universities to further their education, their departure has created a noticeable shortage of teachers in our primary school. This reduction in teaching staff is affecting the efficiency of our educational process. The absence of adequate teachers means that the quality of education is at risk, and students may not receive the full support they need for their academic growth. We are hopeful that the situation will be addressed soon and that we will be able to welcome new teachers to our school. Their presence will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of education we strive to provide and ensuring that all students receive the attention and instruction they deserve. We appreciate any support or solutions that can help lighten this challenge and look forward to a resolution in the near future.
